This site was created to provide openness, accountability and transparency to the City of Cornwall’s procurement of goods, services and construction.

Bidders can create an account free of charge which permits the bidder to register for a bid opportunity.  There may be a document fee applicable to some bid opportunities.

Bidders must register for the bid document to be listed as a plan taker. (Note: The City of Cornwall does not release the list of plan takers)

INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT: ONE ACCOUNT ONLY TO BE CREATED PER ORGANIZATION. ADDITIONAL CONTACTS MAY BE ADDED TO THIS ACCOUNT

Create an Account:

1. Click “create account”
2. Fill out “account details”
3. Fill out “organization details”
4. Select categories aligned with your business
5. Add your contact information and additional contacts (if applicable)
6. Click “continue”
7. Notification via email that you have successfully created an account will be sent to you

Login to an Existing Account:

1. Click “login”
2. Click “I already have an account”
3. Login using your “username” and “password”

Becoming a Plan Taker:

1. Click “login”
2. Click “I already have an account”
3. Login using your “username” and “password”
4. Click “bid details”
5. Click “register to become a plan taker”
6. A Terms of Service agreement will appear. You will need to agree to these terms in order to access the documents.  Click on the ‘I Agree’ link to continue.
7. You will now receive notification that you have successfully registered as a plan taker.
8. Select the View Bid Details button and you will be returned to the screen to access the documents. (Note: Tenders will not be able to be downloaded from the website due to an envelope requirement.  You will be able to download a registration form that can be faxed to 613-932-5919 or emailed to purchasing@cornwall.ca. Once registered, you may also pick up tenders at Purchasing Services located at 1246 Ontario Street, Cornwall.)

The following is a list of all current online bid and tender opportunities for The City of Cornwall. Please refer to the Status column in the list to determine if the bid is open, closed or awarded. The information shown below is intended for review by prospective bidders only. In order to view the Request for Tender/Proposal/Quotation and to submit a bid, firms are required to register. Bids that are not submitted on documents issued by Purchasing Services are incomplete, not acceptable, and will be rejected.
